General terms and conditions:

Arrival: Check-In is after 3 pm. If you are wishing an earlier obtain of the room, we can also arrange it by agreement. Arrivals after 10.30 pm please contact us bevor to get an entrance code.

Check out: The rooms are available only until 11 am.

Reservations: Are feasible telephonically, at our Homepage or also at booking sites. Regularly they will be confirmed by letter.

Breakfast: We serve a delicious Breakfast buffet from Monday-Friday from 7 am until 9.15 am. At the weekends breakfast will be served starting from 7.30 am until 10.30 am.

Cancelations: About single-reservations: cancelations and changes which are made within 36 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged 100% for the first two nights. If there were booked five or more rooms, they apply to the rules of the group-annulation conditions.

If there is an urgent case, the same conditions will be also valid for the hotel. In case of a force majeure (like fire and storms etc.), misleading or false information, or if safety and the look of the hotel is affected, there is a possibility to cancel free of charge by the hotel. It also is helpful to find an equal replacement.

Pets: Are welcome, surcharge will be CHF 10.­– - 15.–

Smoking: There is the chance that we can arrange a room with balcony for smokers. Just let us know with your reservation. We also have a terrace as opportunity to smoke. The Hotel rooms are because of fire-police grounds smoke free. The fire department will charge CHF 500.– if the fire alarm goes off because of smoking in the rooms. The hotel guest has to absorb their costs, as well for special cleaning of the smoking smell.

Accessibility: The hotel is a protected monument. That is why it is not wheelchair accessible. The hotel has a modern elevator, which is able to reach the fourth floor. The roof top floor is then approachable with the stairs.

Damages: The Client is liable for any damages, which are caused by himself.
